Duo queue jobs

Marvel Rivals Duo Planner

A Pocket Rivals duo planner for Bronze-to-Platinum players. Use it to choose what two players should do together before forcing a synergy, pocket, dive, or support pair.

Timing · peel · pressure · reset

Planning rule

Pick the duo job before the duo heroes

A duo should make one repeated fight easier: taking space, finishing a target, surviving dive, rotating safely, or calling the reset. If the job is unclear, even an official team-up can become a forced draft instead of a ranked advantage.

A duo is a timing agreement

The best lower-rank duo is not always the flashiest synergy. It is the pair that can start, save, rotate, or reset at the same moment.

Official team-ups are a bonus, not the whole plan

Use official team-up names as source-backed context, then check whether your duo still fixes space, pressure, or stability.

Two players should not solve the same job twice

If both duo partners chase, nobody saves. If both save, nobody pressures. Split the job before choosing heroes.

Vanguard + Strategist

Space and save

Best when

Your team keeps losing the first corner because the front line walks before supports can see the fight.

Danger sign

The duo fails when the Vanguard crosses open space and the Strategist spends the save tool before real contact.

First call

Name the next corner, then hold the save until the enemy commits.

Vanguard + Duelist

Engage and finish

Best when

Your team can start fights, but low-health targets keep escaping because no one shares the same timing.

Danger sign

The duo fails when the Duelist dives first and the Vanguard enters too late to make the target visible.

First call

Call the target and the exit before the engage, then spend damage after space is created.

Duelist + Strategist

Angle and pocket

Best when

One damage hero can win space from a side angle, but only if the support knows when to pocket and when to leave.

Danger sign

The duo fails when the Strategist follows too deep or the Duelist keeps asking for healing through walls.

First call

Agree on the return route, then pressure the same visible target.

Strategist + Strategist

Survive and rotate

Best when

The enemy keeps winning through dive, poke, or ult pressure before your team can stabilize.

Danger sign

The duo fails when both supports spend panic tools on the first poke damage and have nothing for the real engage.

First call

Split jobs before the fight: one watches engage pressure, one watches the rotation or reset.

Any duo

Objective touch and reset

Best when

Your team wins fights but throws the next one by chasing too far or touching alone.

Danger sign

The duo fails when both players chase the same stagger and nobody protects objective shape.

First call

Call touch, hold, or leave before the fight ends, not after the team is already split.
