Route

How to enter

Use the Times Square flower portal or festival interface, then collect the tasks your party actually wants.

Contest

How to touch

No combat contest here; the player win is keeping events from bleeding into unfocused ranked sessions.

Reset

How to leave

Before leaving the hub, decide whether the next queue is rewards, practice, or serious ranked.

Mode briefing

Social Hub

Social hubs are non-combat spaces. The player value is event routing, rewards, photos, vendors, portals, and party flow.

Vanguard

Use the hub before queue to collect rewards and settle your party plan, not to drift into ranked unfocused.

Duelist

If the hub has minigames, treat them as warmup only after your actual ranked goal is clear.

Strategist

Check event tasks and party status before the group presses play so nobody is half-reading menus in hero select.

Social hubs are great downtime. Finish the reward loop, then enter ranked with one clean goal.

Map review loop

Turn Hellfire Bay Beach into three simple calls

A good map read should change a decision you can actually make in match. For Social Hub, start by naming the first playable route, then decide what a useful contest looks like, and finally call the reset before the team drifts into stagger deaths. Use these prompts after a loss to separate a map problem from a hero-pick problem.

First fight

Name the route

Before hero select ends, decide which lane or cover piece lets your team enter without spending every defensive cooldown at once.

Objective fight

Define the touch

A useful contest buys overtime, forces resources, or starts a real trade. If it only creates one isolated death, leave and rebuild.

After loss

Review the pattern

If Hellfire Bay Beach keeps feeling impossible, check the watch points first, then adjust route timing before blaming the whole comp.

Team handoff

Turn the comp idea into a first-fight job.

Use the next route to fix the missing role, angle, or timing.
